INFORMATION
COLLECTED
In order to access certain subscriber services and restricted areas ("eAccess")
within the Securitron Magnalock Corporation "Securitron"
Web site, Securitron requires that you provide certain identifying information.
This information may include your legal name, address, telephone number(s),
e-mail address, user name, and password used to access restricted areas. Securitron
reserves the right to request any additional information necessary to establish
and maintain your account for use of these restricted services.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Registration Data is the property of Securitron, is subject to, and protected
by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act. Securitron will not sell,
rent, swap, or otherwise disclose your Data to any third party. User IDs and
passwords will be distributed to the Owner or the Principal of each Customer.
The Owner or the Principal will be responsible for the safeguard of the user
ID(s) and password(s) and password. Securitron will assign your user
ID and password, but you will be able to change your password at any time. You
must safeguard your user ID and password since this is the way Securitron
authenticates your to the Web Site. It will be solely the Customer’s responsibility
to decide when and if their respective user ID and/or password need to be changed
or deleted.
CANCELLATION
For our subscriber services and restricted areas (eAccess), you or the authorizing
person at your company may cancel your account at any time by contacting Securitron
Customer Service, by fax at (775) 355-5636 or sending an email to lesw@securitron.com.
Once Securitron has finished processing the cancellation, Securitron
will delete all access to the subscriber services and restricted areas web sites.
Each broadcast email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email. If you have any difficulties with this process, you may send a request to marketing@securitron.com. In the case of "opt-in" mailings, where your address is received as a result of future requests or trade show attendance, your name is not added to our database without a request from you so no action is needed.

LIABILITY FOR ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES
Although Securitron will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard
the confidentiality of your Data, transmissions made by means of the Internet
cannot be made absolutely secure. Securitron will have no liability for
disclosure of Data due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third
parties.

TO OTHER WEB SITES
The Securitron web site contains links to other web sites. Securitron
is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such Web
sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy
or completeness by Securitron. Inclusion of any linked Web site on Securitron's
Site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Web site by Securitron.
If you decide to leave Securitron's Site and access these third-party
sites, you do so at your own risk.

or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort
(including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the
possibility of such damages. The negation of damages set forth above are fundamental
elements of the basis of the bargain between Securitron and you. This
site and the information would not be provided without such limitations. No
advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Securitron
through the site shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not
expressly stated in this agreement. All responsibility or liability for any
damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the
form or document is disclaimed. Securitron will not be liable to you
