MKA Keyswitch - Wiring for 3-Way Operation

When wiring two alternate action (also known as maintained) switches such as our MKA Mortise Keyswitches to control a single Load (such as one of our Magnalocks) it is advisable to wire them in a Three-Way configuration. In this way either keyswitch will lock or unlock the Magnalock, regardless of which switch first enabled the function. This is analogous to a three way light switch function where either switch will turn the light on or off. Please note that this same wiring scheme will also work with any of our alternate action push buttons.
